The TRS government in Telangana has launched a Dharani portal for property registration. In this regard, the survey or registration of non-agricultural assets (official update application) in gram panchayats, municipalities and municipal corporations, including the GHMC order to update the details on the Dharani portal app for issuance of non-agricultural passbooks.

Earlier, Siddipet District Panchayat Raj and Rural Development General Secretary Sandeep Kumar Sultania ordered panchayat secretaries to survey the villages and upload all the assets on dharani website. He said the state government has decided to digitally document all the assets including income lands and issue pattadar passbooks to them by uploading the dharabni to the website. To help the government complete the process early, senior IAS officer ordered the Panchayatraj department officials to complete the survey and upload the assets in villages on a war footing.
