As we all know, there is a wave for THE GAMC electron. The High Court refused to stay the GHMC elections on Monday when it heard a public interest litigation filed by Congress leader Dasoju Shravan. The court held that the election commission was preparing to announce the election notification and it could not be in the elections as the last minute petition was filed. Dasoju Shravan said in his petition that the GHMC elections would have to be held after the reservation.

The petitioner said that bc reservation strives against the Supreme Court order and the people of the politically backward classes are not recognized. However, the court asked why the petitioner had not responded to the welfare of the most backward classes (MBC) for the past 10 years. The court said that no stay on the election will be imposed and it will be investigated. The government, GHMC and election commission have been asked to file counter affidavit.
