Along with this, the High Court had asked for full videography of the post mortem of the 4 bodies. Along with this, the report of the entire encounter is also sought. It is noteworthy that 10 days after the incident of gang-rape and ruthless killing of a doctor in Hyderabad, Telangana capital, the 4 accused were shot dead on December 6 in an encounter near Shadnagar in Rangareddy district.
In this case, the police claim that the accused snatched arms from the police and started firing on them, after which all 4 were piled up in retaliation. The encounter took place on December 6 at 6 am in Chatanpelli in Shadnagar town, 50 km from Hyderabad. The accused were piled at the same place where they tried to burn the body by spraying petrol on the night of November 27 near Shamshabad toll plaza on the outskirts of Hyderabad after making Dr. Disha a victim of gangrape.
