Hyderabad: Police in Telangana on Wednesday seized 100 quintals of rice illegally purchased from the Public Distribution System (PDS) from Warangal. It is being told that plans were being made to transport the rice in a DCM and transport it to various states along with Chhattisgarh. At the same time, the police raided. After that everything was confiscated. In this case, the Telangana Police has given a statement.

The Telangana police recently said in their statement, "We were informed that PDS rice is being filled in a DCM near a public school in the village of Allibad in Parakala police station area. This work is done by Regula Sambayya and Kakkerala Nagraj including some others involved in criminal cases." The statement also said, "Taking the information as the basis, Inspector Ram and Nandani of the Task Force had gone to that area. There was work to fill the rice in the DCM. There they got TS-02-UA The DCM of 7307 was captured along with 200 sacks of its driver and PDS rice. It is being said that there were around 100 quintals of rice in these 200 sacks. "

These criminals had illegally bought this PDS rice and a plan was made to sell it in Chhattisgarh and other states at high prices. In this case, police got 200 sacks (100 quintals) of rice, a DCM, a tractor, two Tata AC vehicles, cell phones, which have been given to the station house officer for further investigation.
