‘Mithai’ is a story of family drama and love all wrapped up inside a magnificent box of typical Indian sweets. The show follows the tale of two exact opposite personalities, Siddharth (Aashish Bhardwaj) and Mithai (Debattama Saha), and delves into the life of a skillful sweet maker based in Mathura who wishes to keep the heritage of Aloo Jalebis that she succeeded from her father but is now on the verge of vanishing. While the show began well and has received a lot of positive feedback from the audience, the upcoming twists and turns will keep the viewers hooked to their TV screens in the forthcoming episodes.

The whole cast and crew members have been working 24/7 to keep their viewers entertained. But recently the team had taken a break as the show completed its 100 episodes. The makers of the show celebrated this time with a cake and were seen having fun time on the sets. The main lead actors were also excited as their show Mithai completed a milestone.

The lead actress Debattama said, “Mithai is a heart-touching story, and I am overjoyed by the appreciation and love that we’ve got from the viewers till now. It is only because of their immense support that we’ve reached this milestone. In fact, it sometimes feels surreal that we have already finished 100 episodes. While I have adored playing the role of Mithai, I am happy about exploring new layers of my character and I wish to entertain our viewers thoroughly. ”

Aashish Bhardwaj further said, “Mithai holds a special place in my heart. It seems like it was just some days ago when we started shooting for the show Mithai, and here we are celebrating the milestone of 100 episodes. It genuinely feels surreal! Our audience has shown us some enormous love, especially for our roles, and I hope that this affection will continue for a long years to come. I would like to express my thanks to the makers of the show for giving me the privilege of working with such a talented cast and crew and this journey has been amazingly incredible so far because of each one of them. I look forward to celebrating many more milestones in the near future.”

In the forthcoming episodes, the audience will get to experience a lot of drama. In the upcoming episodes, the audience will see a major twist as Girish and Apeksha will try to separate Mithai and Siddharth.
