Bhopal: The temperature has increased once again in MP as soon as the clouds have cleared. The maximum temperature in almost the entire state has reached above 40 degrees. Khandwa recorded the highest temperature. The heat will increase in the state in the next few days. According to the IMD news, the Western Disturbance has weakened. Because of this, the clouds have also started to disperse. The mercury has also risen in Gujarat, Rajasthan adjoining Madhya Pradesh. The moisture is also coming less from the Arabian Sea. Due to this, the temperature has also increased in Madhya Pradesh.

According to experts, at present, the Western Disturbance is active in the form of a trough around Srinagar. A cyclone is forming in the upper part of the air over South-East Madhya Pradesh and adjoining Chhattisgarh. However, both these weather systems are weak. The Western Disturbance is expected to dissipate on Sunday. Due to this, the trend of increase in day temperature will continue. There is also a possibility of a heatwave in some places from Monday. According to IMD, there is a possibility of a heatwave in Madhya Pradesh from Monday. Severe heat is expected till May 19. 

Talking about the IMD data, Khandwa had the highest temperature. 43.1 in Khandwa, 43 in Khargone, 42.5 in Rajgarh, 42.4 in Khajuraho-Nugaon, 42.2 in Damoh, and 42 degrees in Tikamgarh. In terms of minimum temperature, the night is the hottest in Hoshangabad. 25.8 in Hoshangabad, 25 in Khandwa-Khargone, 4.9 in Satna, 24.5 in Betul-Bhopal-Shajapur-Jabalpur, 24.3 in Rajgarh, 24.2 in Ratlam-Tikamgarh, 24 degrees in Indore. The report of the Meteorological Center says that the weather in the state remained dry in the last 24 hours. There was no significant change in the maximum temperatures of all the divisions. The mercury remained high in Rajgarh, Narmadapuram, and Khandwa-Khargone. The outlook of the Meteorological Department is showing that a gradual increase of 2 to 3 degrees is expected in the maximum temperature on 26 and 27 April.
