Mali: Hundreds of jihadists have attacked Niger's military camp in Niger, adjacent to Mali's border, in which 71 soldiers are reported dead. The Ministry of Defense of Niger said on Wednesday that the jihadists fired shells and mortars at the military camp, in which 71 soldiers were killed. This is the largest ever attack the Niger Army in the western Tilaberi area on Tuesday. There has been violence in Niger on behalf of Islamic militants since 2015.
