Yes, this case is being told in Texas, USA, where the person has been sentenced to 30 days in jail for licking ice cream. Yes, according to information received last year, a man named D'Adrien Anderson made a video for fun and in this video he extracts a jar of Blue Bell ice cream from a store with a freezer and then licks it. And after licking, he keeps it again in the fridge.

This video of him went viral on Facebook and as soon as this video went viral, the business of Blue Bell ice cream started to have a negative effect and people stopped buying Vanilla ice cream of Blue Bell ice cream. After that, the situation became such that the company had to bring back its vanilla ice cream from the market and all the blame was put on D'Adrien Anderson. After a huge loss, the company filed a lawsuit against Anderson and the company accused him of food tempering.

After that, the court held him guilty and asked him to pay 30 days in jail and a fine of 1 thousand dollars which was astonishing. The court also told him that he would have to work for 100 hours for free, that too from the store where he ate ice cream.
