A son of lower class the family is now the millionaire, left arm seam bowler Thangarasu Natarajan was bought by the Kings XI Punjab for Rs 3 crore, on Monday. 

The previous cost of the Natarajan was Rs 10 lakh, which is at 30 times leap now. Natarajan will play IPL match as a part of Punjab Team. 

His journey started from the Tennis game, which he used to play in native areas. One day, fortunately, he went to Chennai, where he played for Jolly Rovers club. Success came in his life when he played for Dindigul Dragons in the inaugural TNPL, where IPL scouts spotted him and invited him to a game. 

Natarajan recalled his old memory, he said "There was a lot of pressure when I was picked to play in TNPL. But I am thankful to people like Ashwin, Vijay and L Balaji (TN bowling coach) who instilled the belief in me that I was good enough at the Ranji Trophy level. It was my dream to Ranji Trophy which has been fulfilled and now I look forward to meeting people in the IPL and learning from them."
