Also asked to file the reply by July 3. On the other hand, both the MLAs are also scheduled to appear before the Delhi Assembly Speaker on July 4. In fact, Delhi Assembly Speaker Ram Niwas has issued notices to both the rebel MLAs under the party change law as both the MLAs have now joined the BJP.

Earlier, rebel MLA from Bijwasan, Colonel Devendra Singh Sahrawat had approached the apex court against the earlier notice. He was shocked by the Supreme Court and the court refused to interfere in the matter. Anil Vajpayee, a rebel MLA from Gandhinagar, said, "It is up to you and Speaker Ram Niwas Goyal to prove that I did not join the BJP. Because according to the changed party law, I first send a notice to the party's president on behalf of the party that has not been sent," he said.
