Ranveer Singh has started his career with movie ‘Band Baja Baarat’ which was released in the year 2010. The movie was a big hit. After this Ranveer got a lot of recognition in his career. The movie was directed by Maneesh Sharma. The duo later worked in the movie Ladies VS Ricky behl. After this two the duo never worked together. Ranveer worked with many big directors of Bollywood, including Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Karan Johar.
The duo is collaborating once again after 8 long years. Maneesh is going to direct a movie based on a rock star, in which Ranveer is going to play the lead role. Previously Ranbir Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor had played the role of a rockstar in the movies Rockstar and Udta Punjab. But Maneesh said that this time it's going to be different. Ranveer will play the role of a happening and loveable rockstar.
Ranveer is very excited to work with his old mentor director Maneesh Sharma. Ranveer Singh is currently working in Rohit Shetty’s Action drama Simmba. Ranveer is going to play the role of a cop for the very first time. The film will release in December this year.
