Bhubaneswar: A truck driver from Sambalpur district of Odisha had to pay a large amount for challan so far under the new Motor Vehicle Act. The driver has been asked to pay a fine of Rs 86,500. He is said to have violated several traffic rules in the past week. The challan of the driver named Ashok Jadav was cut on September 3, but the picture of this challan has become increasingly viral on social media since Saturday evening.
