Lucknow: Many incidents are coming from the state of Uttar Pradesh in the last few days. Meanwhile, the body of a woman in Agra was removed from the funeral pyre only because the crematorium belonged to the upper-class people. Bahujan Samaj Party national president Mayawati has expressed displeasure over this and demanded an inquiry on the entire case.

He tweeted that the body of a Dalit woman near Agra was removed from the pyre only by upper caste people having a racist mindset because it belonged to the upper class. This is very embarrassing and blasphemous. The Uttar Pradesh government should have a high-level inquiry into this racist hateful incident, and the accused should get severe punishment. So that such an incident cannot be repeated in the state. This demand of BSP is strong.

In another tweet, he said that the death of a doctor from Delhi, born in a Dalit family of Madhya Pradesh from COVID-19, is very sad. The Delhi government must also abandon its casteist mindset and give full financial support to his family, who took loan and taught him and made him a doctor. We should extend a helping hand towards them, and this is very important. However, there is no response from the opposition on this matter.
