On Thursday, the Collector of Sonbhadra and the SSP of Ghaziabad were directly suspended. This action of suspension on the highest officials of the district has created a flutter in the bureaucracy. The captains of the negligent cities, from the collector to the departmental additional chief secretary, are in a panic that the slightest mistake should not take the chair anywhere.

The Yogi Adityanath government suspended Sonbhadra collector TK Shibu and Ghaziabad SSP Pawan Kumar. The reason behind the suspension of TK Shibu officially was illegal mining in the district, complaints of corruption in construction works and negligence as a district election officer in the last assembly elections. In fact, in Sonbhadra, the government was receiving complaints of illegal mining even before the elections. The government was constantly receiving news of recovery through illegal mining from ballast mines in the district. On the other hand, corruption and commission losses in the works being carried out by the PWD and other construction agencies also continued. In the meantime, elections were announced, the code of conduct was in place, so Sonbhadra Collector TK Shibu started working as the District Election Officer. Even at the time of the election, the negligence of T.K. Shibu was exposed. When the video of the postal ballot without sealing in the open went viral on social media, a political uproar broke out in the district. Local public representatives questioned the character of TK Shibu in the case. The Commissioner of the Vindhyachal Division had to be engaged to maintain law and order. When the new Government was formed, one of the representatives of Sonbhadra complained directly to the CM, complaints of corruption were also received from many other Government and NGOs.

Ghaziabad SSP was also suspended in 4 hours after TK Shibu. Pawan Kumar, a 2009 batch IPS, was suspended on a complaint of negligence in controlling crime and major corruption within the police in the district, but the case that led to Pawan Kumar's dismissal was the loot of Rs 25 lakh from a petrol pump employee in Dasna area of Ghaziabad five days ago. The unarmed criminals carried out the incident of loot in broad daylight. Photos of criminals armed with weapons went viral on social media. Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav raised questions on the law and order situation in UP with the help of this picture. The same chain snatcher, operation Langra on the vehicle thieves and on the other hand, the culprit of the loot of Rs 25 lakh surrendered in the court. Before these two officers, 4 IPS officers of UP were also transferred in which 2 names were the most discussed. The first name was ADG Navneet Sikera who was sent to PTS Unnao, the second name was DIG Dharmendra Singh who was sent as DIG RTC election. On the other hand, the new government has also made a list of such officers, so it is believed that soon some more IAS and IPS, as well as senior officers, will come in the way of transfer or action.
