Justice separated from hearing of former Chief Minister Madhu Koda

Ranchi: Jharkhand High Court Judge Justice Anand Sen rescue himself from the hearing against former Chief Minister Madhu Koda, accused in the Rs 4000 crore scam. Separated himself from the hearing of the case related to the scam and he gave instructions to list the matter before any other bench. Sen's bench had Madhu Koda's plea listed for hearing today, but the bench disassociated itself from hearing the matter and directed the case to be referred to another bench.

According to the information received, it has been revealed that Koda is accused in money laundering case of thousands of crores of rupees along with many other scams. On behalf of Madhu Koda, a cancellation petition is being filed in this case and a demand is made to cancel the case.

Similarly, the bench of Judge Anand Sen also refused to hear the plea of Pradeep, a former Indian Administrative Service officer charged in money laundering case, and has ordered to send the matter to another bench. In both cases, a new date is to be set for hearing from the registry of the High Court.
