The opening monologue of the most recent episode of The Kapil Sharma Show features a discussion of the various types of husbands. He talks about the fear that husbands have of their wives. He goes on to talk about his family and birthdays. Kapil offers a humorous perspective on motivational speakers and visitors.

When Kapil talks about the emptiness a father feels while his children are away at school and he keeps waiting for them, the audience becomes emotional. Her brother summons Bindu to the stage so she can ignite her romance with Kapil. As Bindu (Sumona Chakravarti) dances to the song I love you by Madhuri Dixit, Kapil becomes agitated and halts the music. Bindu makes another unsuccessful attempt to regain his memory.

Sameer Anjaan, Swananad Kirkire, Manoj Muntashir, and Nilesh Mishra are formally introduced by Bindu before taking the stage. Although Sameer dedicates a song to Bindu, Kapil makes fun of her. All of them compliment the beautiful Bindu, but despite their praise, Kapil won't even consider making her his wife. Manoj Muntashir has a shayri for her.

With humour, Kapil Sharma introduces each lyricist. He makes public the songs they have produced and written for the audience. Sameer Anjaan discusses working with David Dhawan and explains what kinds of songs suit the movies he has directed. For Hero No. 1, he discusses the song "Main Tujhko bhaga laya hu tere ghar se, tere baap ke darr se."

According to Manoj Muntashir, Sameer has written more songs than any other person in the history of the Guinness Book of World Records. Kapil congratulates Manoj Muntasir on his recent award and Swanand Kirkire on his acting debut. Nilesh Mishra is enquired about leaving Mumbai by Kapil. He reveals, "I moved to Lucknow eight or nine years ago after leaving the city. So I made the decision to visit my village. I believe that my character has changed."

Sameer Anjaan says, "The first time I arrived in Mumbai, Papa (Anjaan) and I went to a recording because I wanted to meet Kishore Da. This is how the famous song Khaike Paan Banaras Wala came to be. I always thought Kishore Da would show up in a suit, so when he did, I was shocked. I'd never seen anyone show up wearing slippers and socks while wearing a China Silk lungi and kurta (laughs). His eyes were concealed by kajal and surma. Kapil makes a remark in between jokes about how Kishore Sir used to do this on purpose to make people laugh.

The comedians who make up Kapil's new family start off by making the composers laugh out loud. They laugh and engage in some stimulating discussion thanks to the Salim Anarkali skit by Gaurav Dubey and Kiku Sharada. They make the lyricists dance to the tunes of the current reel before escorting them off stage. Finally, Kapil invites a group from Gujarat onto the stage and joins them in a Garba performance.

Kapil exhorts the audience to encourage their children to read and engage with our songs and poems.
