Prarthana assaults her own father Rishabh at the start of the most recent Naagin 6 episode. While remembering how her father Jeet passed away, she tries to kill him. When Pratha arrives, she is shocked to see a Naagin attempting to kill Rishabh. She defeats the Naagin and preserves Rishabh's life. On the other hand, Rishabh is perplexed as to why he has been seeing so many strange things lately. He makes the decision to learn the truth about the Naagin. He expresses his shock at the existence of naagins in this generation to Pratha. Pratha is concerned that her honesty will be discovered.

Anmol and Pratha perform the Karva Chauth ceremony as the episode progresses. In regards to his feelings for Anmol, Rudra is undecided. Anmol drinks the water on her own even though he is hesitant to perform the pooja and just as he is about to offer it to her, his phone rings. Rudra can only make out Prarthana's face when he looks at the moon.

When Rudra's parents and pandit ji arrive the following morning, he suggests two dates. In the next two days, Anmol says she wants to get married. Since Rudra doesn't love Anmol, he wanted to call off the wedding, which makes him unhappy. Prarthana makes the decision to assassinate Rudra just before his wedding.

Pratha believes she saw Urvashi later. To kill her, she devises a plan and looks in all the wrong places. To let Patali, know that Pratha has seen her, Urvashi escapes from the situation and meets with her.

The reason why they want to kill Shesh Naagin is then fully explained by Patali. To expose Pratha in front of Rishabh, Seema's mother and Urvashi hatch a plan to crash Anmol's wedding.

Pratha and her father-in-law are startled when they see Patali enter the house. What might be the cause of this, Pratha wonders.

At Anmol's wedding location, Urvashi meets Pratha after she arrives. Urvashi is questioned about her purpose for being there by Rishabh after he observes it from a distance. Rishabh asks Urvashi to stay with the family after she apologises to him and the other family members.

Urvashi is later instructed by Patali to begin carrying out their strategy. In response to Urvashi's screams, they decided to call snake charmers to the house after she claims to have seen a snake inside.

Pratha and Prarthana both experience uneasiness because of the snake charmers' performance of the bean.
