Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a statement on Tuesday and said, "The BJP is against the politics of dynasty and the sons and daughters of many party MPs could not get tickets because of them in the recently concluded assembly elections. In fact, the Prime Minister said this at the BJP Parliamentary Party meeting. The meeting also congratulated Prime Minister Modi and BJP President J P Nadda for returning to power with a landslide victory in the assembly elections in four states. In the assembly elections in five states that were held some time ago, the BJP returned to power in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur and Goa.

Addressing the MPs at the meeting, PM Modi lauded the recently released film "The Kashmir Files" and said, "Such films should continue to be made. PM Modi said, "What happened to Kashmiri Pandits in 1990, that truth was hidden, but today it is in front of everyone. Today the whole world is watching what pain Kashmiri Pandits have suffered. PM Modi said that such films should continue to be made to show the mirror of truth to the world.''

Addressing the MPs, he further said, "Dynasty politics is dangerous for democracy, so party MPs have to fight against dynasty politics. To curb such politics, the BJP has started an effort within its organisation. If the son or daughter of an MP did not get a ticket in the assembly elections, it is because of them. BJP MP Manoj Tiwari, who was present at the meeting, said, "Modi asked the MPs to identify 100 polling booths in their parliamentary constituency where there are relatively few votes in favour of the BJP and they should also look into the reasons for it."
