He said "When he was reading and hearing from people that a one-and-a-half and two-year-old boy were killed with a gun on his eye, raped women on the open road, threw them into the river, forced to flee from the house, shouted slogans all around. The people there were in panic and in the midst of that panic, fear, in what condition they would have reached the Jammu camp, one can guess, but no one there did anything for them.''
On the other hand, he further said, 'It is disgusting to say these things. Hearing all this from people, it seemed that all that was happening in front of my eyes and listening helplessly.
