Khajrana police had been receiving continuous complaints of intimidation and extortion by the criminal and his accomplice in the city bus. Based on CCTV footage, the police nabbed the two last night. While taking out his foot procession in the area, he also apologized to the driver and conductor of the city bus. According to TI Dinesh Verma, the culprit is Ankit son of Anil and his accomplice Atul son of Madhukar. According to the police, the criminals are addicted to drugs. Along with this, magic also runs on rent. He often threatened the city bus driver and conductor while asking for money for drugs. Both have several offences registered against them in the past. Both have committed crimes in Kanadia and Tilaknagar in the past.

The police paraded Ankit and Atul on foot on the road. Ankit had fallen on his mouth after his leg slipped while running to avoid the police. In which his hand was fractured. When the two took out a procession, they were seen apologising to the people in the area. The police also made the two swear not to commit a crime from now on by apologising to the driver of the city bus at the intersection.
