Gurugram: According to the District Health Department in Gurugram, there have been 267 dengue cases so far this season. A total of 4,614 samples were collected, with 267 of them testing positive for dengue, and a report on the remaining 10 percent samples is still pending.High fever, sweating, headache, vomiting, abdominal pain, muscle pain, and traces of blood in the stool were all symptoms of dengue fever.

Around 200 dengue cases have been reported in the last six weeks. The Health Department and the Municipal Corporation Gurugram (MCG) are conducting an intensive investigation campaign to screen for dengue and malaria, and notices are being issued if mosquito larvae are found. Two dengue cases were reported in the district on Sunday.

On Sunday, a total of 6,870 households were screened, with 72 receiving notices. The MCG has issued a total of 13,738 notices to households where mosquito larvae have been discovered this year. It's a relief that no dengue-related deaths have been reported in the district this year.

The fear of dengue is increasing rapidly in Rajasthan, 50 deaths so far.
