New Delhi: The rules of running the roads of the country's capital Delhi are going to change soon. From April 1, we will strictly enforce lane discipline for buses and goods vehicles on 15 selected roads of Delhi. For this, the Transport Department of Delhi Government has identified 15 roads. Drivers violating the lane can face a fine of up to Rs 10,000 and a jail term of up to six months.

According to a statement issued by the transport department, along with the traffic police, the transport department will determine the special lanes to be used only by buses and goods vehicles, where such vehicles can ply from 8 am to 10 pm. The roads that have been identified include Motibagh to Dwarka Mor, Mehrauli-Badarpur Road, Ashram Chowk to Badarpur Road, Janakpuri to Madhuban Chowk, Britannia Chowk to Dhaula Kuan, Badli to Bawana, Nehru Place to Subroto Park.
