Jaipur: The court has pronounced its verdict in the 2018 battle in Bundi, Rajasthan, in which a youth was killed in a 2-bull battle. Earlier, the court had issued an order for the city council Bundi that it was going to pay a compensation of Rs 23 lakh 62 thousand 500 to the victim's family. In contempt of the order, the court has also ordered payment of the said amount by attaching the property of Bundi Municipal Council. After the court's order, the Bundi Municipal Council administration is still in turmoil.

On the directions of Bundi district court, Sail Amin reached the city council on Thursday and submitted the attachment order to the commissioner. Advocate Kaushal Kishore Sharma has said that Brahmapuri resident Mukesh Dixit lost his life in a battle of 2 bulls. Hearing a petition filed by his mother Sushila Devi, wife Rani Dixit, the court held the city council responsible for the death. The court had on January 9, 2020, issued an order to the family of the deceased to pay Rs 23 lakh 62 thousand 500 as compensation with 6 percent interest.

Court gives time till 5th January: Where it is found that the court has given time to the City Council till 5th January 2022. If the city council does not pay the appropriate amount, then the amount will be recovered by auction and the amount will be given to the mother of the deceased. Advocate Kaushal Kishore Sharma pleaded in court on behalf of the family members of the deceased. After which, on the direction of the court, an attachment order was passed by Sail Amin to the Municipal Council Commissioner.
