ChanderparkashKathuria was born in a Punjabi Khatri family of ShekhpuraSuhana, a small village in district Karnal, Haryana. His father Shankar Das Kathuria was a farmer by profession and used to do zamindari work.

It is said that nothing is difficult for the one who is determined to do something. A similar story is of ChanderParkashKathuria. He saw many ups and downs in life.

ChanderParkashKathuria has total 7 siblings. One day it came to know that younger brother Mukesh has a hole in his heart, then father kept on taking loan for treatment, despite getting treatment in many big hospitals, unable to save younger brother.

The father had to sell the land to pay off the debt. To help the family, Kathuria started working as a labourer at a young age. While working, he became a mason in a year and within 3-4 months he became a popular with his works. Later, being happy with his work, his contractor was made a supervisor.

While doing the supervisory, he became a petty contractor and started doing small place contracts. He founded a firm, Karna Construction. ChanderParkashKathuria has always been at the forefront of helping people with noble ideas. No matter what kind of pain he had inflicted on himself.
