Bhopal: The ongoing ruckus within the Congress in the wake of the Madhya Pradesh civic body elections has come to the fore again. The Congress, infamous for factionalism, once again had a lot of kickings. The case pertains to capital Bhopal, where two factions clashed over the issue of 'outsiders' among Congressmen on Monday over the councillor's ticket. The clash took place during the bid by the ward councillors. Congress district president Kailash Mishra was also present. He tried to handle the matter, but by then the video of the assault had gone viral.

In fact, bio-data were being taken from the claimants in this meeting called for the body elections. This led to the participation of workers of ward no. 40, 41, 44, 58, 59, 69, 70 and 71 of Bhopal city, but a war broke out between them over local and external claimants. The dispute escalated so much that the activists left their hands on each other. However, the matter was later calmed down on the explanation of the senior leaders. Now the video of this controversy is going viral.

On the occasion of the jutampazar for the same councillor's candidature, Home Minister Narottam Mishra attacked the Congress, saying that having a kick shoe is not a big news, if the meeting had been held peacefully, it would have been news. This is their net practice before the elections and that is the culture of the Congress. In Madhya Pradesh, elections are to be held in 347 out of 413 civic bodies. The elections will be held in two phases. The first phase of polling will be held on July 6 and counting of votes on July 17. The second phase of elections will be held on July 13 and counting of votes will be held on July 18. For this, ticket distribution is going on in the Congress.
