HYDERABAD:Â As many as 10 trains have been cancelled due to restoration work at Bahanaga Bazar station of Kharagpur-Bhadrak section of South Eastern Railway. These cancellations include eight trains originally scheduled to depart on June 28, and two trains scheduled for June 29 and 30.
The following trains, originally planned for a journey on June 28, have been canceled: Train number 22831 from Howrah to Sri Sathya Sai Prasanthi Nilayam, 22849 from Shalimar to Secunderabad, 12773 from Shalimar to Secunderabad, 22842 from Tambaram to Santragachi, 18046 from Hyderabad to Shalimar, 22864 from SMVT Bengaluru to Howrah, 22826 from Chennai Central to Shalimar, and 22888 from SMVT Bengaluru to Howrah.
Additionally, train number 22888 from SMVT Bengaluru to Howrah, scheduled for a journey on June 29, and train number 2850 from Secunderabad to Shalimar, scheduled to depart on June 30, have also been canceled.
Meanwhile, the South Central Railway has announced an extension of special train services between various destinations to accommodate the extra rush of passengers. The following extensions have been made:
Train number 04121 from Subedarganj to Secunderabad, which usually runs every Thursday, has been extended from July 6 to August 31.
Train number 04122 from Secunderabad to Subedarganj, which usually runs every Friday, has been extended from July 7 to September 1.
Train number 07445 from Kakinada Town to Lingampalli (operating on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) has been extended from July 3 to August 30.
Train number 07466 from Lingampally to Kakinada Town (operating on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) has been extended from July 4 to August 31.
Train number 07191 from Kacheguda to Madurai (operating on Monday) has been extended from July 3 to August 28, and train number 07192 from Madurai to Kacheguda (operating on Wednesday) has been extended from July 5 to August 30.
Train number 07695 from Secunderabad to Ramanathapuram (operating on Wednesday) has been extended from July 5 to August 30, and train number 07696 from Ramanathapuram to Secunderabad (operating on Friday) has been extended from July 7 to August 25.
Train number 07189 from H. S. Nanded to Erode (operating on Friday) has been extended from July 7 to August 25, and train number 07190 from Erode to H.S. Nanded (operating on Sunday) has been extended from July 9 to August 27.
Train number 07435 from Kacheguda to Nagercoil (operating on Friday) has been extended from July 7 to August 25, and train number 07436 from Nagercoil to Kacheguda (operating on Sunday) has been extended from July 9 to August 27.

Train number 03225 from Danapur to Secunderabad (operating on Thursday) has been extended from July 6 to August 10, and train number 03226 from Secunderabad to Danapur (operating on Sunday) has been extended from July 9 to August 13.
Train number 03357 from Barauni to Coimbatore (operating on Saturday) has been extended from July 1 to August 30, and train number 03358 from Coimbatore to Barauni (operating on Wednesday) has been extended from July 5 to October 4.
Train number 05271 from Muzaffarpur to Yesvantpur (operating on Friday) has been extended from July 7 to September 29, and train number 05272 from Yesvantpur to Muzaffarpur (operating on Monday) has been extended from July 10 to October 2.
Train number 05215 from Barauni to Yesvantpur (operating on Saturday) has been extended from July 1 to August 12, and train number 05216 from Yesvantpur to Barauni (operating on Tuesday) has been extended from July 4 to August 15.
