Pawanmuktasan: Pawan means wind and Muktasan means liberation. This means that the posture that is helpful in expelling the excess gas from the body. It also helps in removing the harmful gas from your body and prevents you from many diseases. Pawanmuktasan helps to tone the stretch of the stomach and waist muscles. Patients suffering from poor digestion problems are usually advised to perform Pawanmuktasan.

Method of performing Pawan Mooktasana

First of all, lie down on your back.

- Spread both legs and reduce the distance between them.

Now raise both legs and bend your knees.

- Surround your knees with your arms.

- Take a deep breath in, press the knees and bring them towards the chest. Raise the head and bring the knees close to the chest, so that the chin will touch the knees.

- Maintain this for as long as possible

- Then take the feet on the ground.

Vajrasan: Most Yogasanas are done on an empty stomach, but Vajrasan is easier than other asanas. You can do this even after eating food, rather it is considered good for the digestive system.

Method of performing Vajrasan

- Sit on your knees. During this, mix the fingers of both feet together and keep the ankles separate.

- Now rest your buttocks on the ankles.

Now place the palms on the knees.

- During this, keep your back and head straight.

- Keep both knees together.

Now close your eyes and breathe normally.

In this state, you try to sit for five to 10 minutes.
