These days only two movies have started making a splash at the box office. One is Ajith Kumar's Tamil movie 'Valimai' and the other is Pawan Kalyan's 'Bheemla Nayak', which has also started getting a lot of love from the audience. Both are South Indian movies. Ajith Kumar is also called as 'Thala' in Tamil Nadu and Pawan Kalyan as 'Power Sar' in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
First of all, let's talk about 'Thala' Ajit Kumar's 'Valimai', which has also done business of 216 crores worldwide in 12 days. Talking about Tamil Nadu only, the movie collection here has crossed Rs 150 crores. However, the film can earn only a small fraction of what it earned in its first week, in the second week. Due to which it did not get a good response in the Hindi belt and critics also gave it an average rating.
If we talk about 'Power Star' Pawan Kalyan's movie 'Bhimla Nayak', which has done business of Rs 185 crore worldwide in 11 days. People are waiting when the movie is going to cross the Rs 200 crore gross mark. In Andhra Pradesh and Telangana alone, the movie of the president of 'Jana Sena', a coalition of BJP, has earned more than Rs 128 crore. This film was also not marketed properly in the Hindi belt and it was released there a week late.
