Punishing a child is ok but beating is illegal. As a teacher, we have certain responsibility to know a child. We need to know that a child has certain issues and as a teacher, we should know their problems and then react.
We are so indulged in scoreboard and attendance that we really forget what the child is going through. This is what the video needs to portray.
This child is coming late to class due to certain reasons, to know what it is you need to see the video.
