India's Next Top Model season 2, Pranati Rai Prakash announced the winner. The MTV show judged by known photographer Daboo Ratnani and actress Lisa Haydon along with them VJ Anusha Dandekar and Neeraj Gaba were mentors. The show had 13 contestants and Pranati becomes the winner.

The 21 years old model beat Subhamita Banerjee and Jantee Hazarike in the finale and she sees herself in Bollywood in the coming 5 years and said, "I still want to explore more of modelling. Now that I have won the show, I definitely have an edge to work harder. I have done a few TV commercials before but now I want to do lots of fashion shows,”She added, "Because once I go on the acting side, I think I won’t be able to get back to modelling. I always want to take it hand in hand, both of them together. I am just 21, I have time to get into full-fledged acting. For now, I will stick to modelling,” also in an interview, “Five years down the line I see myself as a Bollywood actress…When I am on stage, I get high. Five years down the line, I would love to see myself perform on the big screen and at award shows.”

She was also part of Miss India 2015 where she won Miss Talented, Miss Fashion Icon and Miss Beautiful Legs. Pranati said "as a child she used to watch the original show America’s Next Top Model and was amazed at the transformation the girls on the show went through.
For the girl from Patna, there was never a moment where she doubted her own capability. But she admired Lisa. “The first time I saw her on the show, I couldn’t take my eyes off. Even though I was in the elimination round, I was staring at her. I look up to her and even as a person, I feel she is the most sorted woman I have ever met."
