Hero MotoCorp has announced the closing of order books for the new batch of the new XPulse 200 4V bike. The motorbike was earlier introduced at a price of 1,28,150 (ex-showroom, Delhi), but the price has since been revised to 1,30,150 (ex-showroom, Delhi), making it 2,000 more expensive.

The new XPulse 200 4V is now available for purchase via eSHOP, the company's official online sales channel. There have been no other changes to the motorbike, which is available in three colour options: Trail Blue, Blitz Blue, and Red Raid. The motorcycle's 200cc single-cylinder, four-valve, oil-cooled engine continues to be at its core, providing 18.8 horsepower.

Maximum power is 8 bhp at 8,500 rpm, and peak torque is 17.35 Nm at 6,500 rpm. A five-speed gearbox is paired with the engine. The new 4-valve Xpulse 200 receives an oil-cooled engine that, owing to the additional engine valves, is said to give a superior mid- and top-end speed range.
