Police arrested 3 accused for selling drugs in Vijaywada

Three persons have been detained in connection with the trade in drugs and cannabis. Police said that besides 2 foreign nationals, 3 people have been detained. They were particularly involved in the trade of drugs and cannabis. Acting on mutual noises, the Special Task Force of the Vijayawada Police Force has laid a big trap. In which 3 people, who trade drugs and cannabis, have been taken into custody inside the border of Penmaluru Police Station. 17 grams of methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), 150 grams of ganja, some bitcoins, hookah products, and three cellphones have been taken into custody from him.

The accused in the case have been identified as Mohammad Gayle Rasul (25), a native of Sudan, Yona Lishwa Shabani (26) of Tanzania, and Koneru Arjun, a resident of the capital. According to the police, Arjun has lived in Vijayawada for the last 3 years. Where he has been doing the business of trading Ganja for a long time.

At the time of interrogation after being taken into police custody, Arjun told that he was working to buy drugs and hemp from Rasool and Shabani. The two foreigners told the police that they were bringing drugs from Bangalore and selling in Vijayawada. A case has been filed regarding this matter. The police have achieved the biggest success so far in drug addiction. It is expected that in the coming time such trade will decrease.
