Due to the lockdown, the process of migrant laborers stranded in various states to reach their home state on foot is going on. Because of this, many laborers have died on the way. One such case has come up in Barwani district of Madhya Pradesh, where three laborers going from Maharashtra to Uttar Pradesh died on their way. Officials gave information about this on Saturday. All three are among the thousands of people who have traveled from Maharashtra to their home states on foot in the last few weeks amid the lockdown imposed to prevent the corona virus.

Actually, the post-mortem of their dead bodies is yet to be done. But doctors said that it is possible that the cause of death of these three is excessive heat fatigue and lack of water in the body. The three people who died were traveling separately. They have been identified as Lalluram (55) from Chujia village in Prayagraj district, Prem Bahadur (50) from Siddharth Nagar and Anees Ahmed (42) from Girja village in Fatehpur district.

Let us tell you that Sendhwa Police Station in-charge DS Parihar told that his health deteriorated when he reached near Sendhwa located on Madhya Pradesh-Maharashtra border. He told that these laborers had reached here through different cities of Maharashtra and had taken lifts from many vehicles on the way. When fellow passengers worsened their condition took them to hospitals with the help of private and police vehicles, but all three were declared dead. The two dead were taken to Sendhwa's hospital. A doctor of the hospital said that the cause of his death could be scorching heat, which caused him water scarcity and fatigue. Due to this, he suffered a heart attack. He said that but the real reasons can be known only when they will be autopsied.
