To have the vision to attain certain goals and specific aspirations in life is one thing, but to have the courage to walk on unconventional paths, take bold steps ahead, hustle and learn each day, overcome challenges, and still put one’s best to turn those visions into reality is a different game altogether. People belonging to the latter category are those who never gave up on their dreams and kept chasing them until they achieved them, even when things seemed too challenging. Overcoming such challenges and still giving his best is one such young politician, a district councillor from the district of Una, Gagret, Himachal Pradesh named Chaitanya Sharma.
 
Chaitanya Sharma is one such personality who wants the entire nation to understand how sports play a very important role in developing and taking the nation forward toward international acclaim and recognition, eventually putting India’s name on the global map. "It is said that when societies attain overall development and growth, the people living in them thrive differently. This includes sports, which adds to the growth of these societies, "says the one-of-a-kind compassionate soul, Chaitanya Sharma, who has been successfully running his youth organization named Yuva Shakti Parakram.
 
To promote sports in the region, he and his organization came up with the "Khelo Gagret" initiative, which was done with the intention of encouraging youngsters in the region to come forward and play varied sports. Chaitanya Sharma knew that to promote sports in the region, there needed to be proper grounds where sporting activities could take place. Hence, he took the responsibility of levelling the grounds and making it convenient for the youth to practice sports.
 
Besides this, he also opened several gyms and fitness centers, which proved to be a great initiative for those who wished to become a part of the Indian Army or the Himachal Pradesh Police. To encourage more and more youngsters toward sports, Chaitanya Sharma also provided over 3000 sports kits.
 
In the near future, under his organization, Chaitanya Sharma (@iam_chaitanyas) aims to do much more for these youngsters to turn them into skilled sporting talents who can perform even internationally.
