New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to distribute appointment letters to more than 51,000 freshly appointed personnel through video conferencing on November 30, 2023 at 4 pm. On this occasion, the PM is also going to address the newly appointed government employees. This year, through many employment fairs, PM Narendra Modi has given government jobs to several lakh people.

Appointments will be made in these ministries and departments: This employment fair is going to be organized at 37 places across the country. Along with the Central Government departments, recruitment is also being done in State Governments/Union Territories. The new employees selected from across the country will contribute to various ministries and government departments including the Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Revenue, Department of Higher Education, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Employment. Gonna do. These fresh recruits are also going to be sent to the School Education and Literacy Department. These appointment letters are being given in the states and union territories supporting the employment fair initiative of the Central Government.

Fresh recruits will also get online training: With the help of Karmayogi Pramada, an online module on the IGOT Karmayogi portal, these freshly recruited employees are also going to get an opportunity to train themselves. More than 800 e-learning courses are provided on the iGOT Karmayogi portal in an 'anywhere on any device' learning format. With its help, fresh recruits will contribute by inter alia working towards strengthening the industrial, economic and social development of the country through their creative ideas and experiences related to the role.

This will help in the Prime Minister's vision of providing jobs to the youth: It has been said in the press release given on PBI that this job fair is being said to be a big step towards fulfilling the PM's commitment of giving top priority to employment generation. It is also expected that this employment fair will provide meaningful support towards creating more job opportunities.
