Outrage in Bengal against trade law of Central govt, Trade union block railway track

New Delhi: Today in the national capital, there is a demonstration of farmers, whose influence has started showing. Demonstration of farmers coming from Punjab and Haryana continues which is now getting support from different parts of the country. In Bengal, the left unions have protested in support of the farmers, as well as opposed to the new labour law.

In Kolkata, North 24 Parganas, left trade union workers blocked the railway track and shouted slogans. This demonstration is against the new labour law brought by the Central government, as well as in favour of the farmers. It is noteworthy that many bank employees and trade unions have called a strike today. Labour law has been amended by the Central government, which is being opposed. It is alleged that due to the new law of the Center, employees will have problems and their rights are being killed.

On the occasion of Constitution Day, both farmers and workers are on the streets today. In Delhi, dozens of farmer organizations coming from Punjab have spoken of protests, in view of which security has been increased on the Delhi-Haryana border, Haryana-Punjab border. In Delhi, the metro has been closed for some time on many routes today. Delhi to Gurugram, Delhi to Noida Metro service will be stopped till 2 pm.
