Agartala: Two people of Ambasa Border Security Force (BSF) unit in Tripura have been found to be Corona virus-positive. Tripura CM Biplab Kumar Deb has given information in this regard on Saturday. He said that 4 cases have been registered in the state so far. Two of these people have recovered. Now only two Corona positive cases are left.

Earlier, Biplab Kumar Deb had said that the state government was not considering opening the lockdown in the near future but would look at options for exempting certain restrictions in a phased manner. He said that it is not possible to start the interstate bus, train or airline immediately after May 3. After an all-party meeting called by the state government, Deb had said on Wednesday evening, "We have not found a way to end the lockdown as this is the only way to break the chain of coronavirus infection."

He said that it seems that we will have to continue the lockdown and we will end some restrictions in a phased manner. Deb had said, 'It is not possible to start the interstate bus, train or airline after May 3. People must accept lockdown. All political parties in the state have been made aware of the condition of Corona in the state.
