In the trade of Tuesday; the Reserve Bank of India has fixed the rupee reference rate at 67.0200 besides American dollar and 74.8814 for the euro.

As compare from the rate of Monday; then the yesterday’s rates were 66.8737 and 74.6845 respectively.

As per the statement by RBI,“the exchange rates for the pound and the yen against the rupee were quoted at 87.3740 and 65.86 per 100 yens respectively, based on reference rates for the dollar and cross-currency quotes at noon”

However; the statement further added, “The SDR-rupee figure will be based on this rate”
