Twitter's 'terrorist' face exposed again! Now supporting PFI

New Delhi: Social media site Twitter has not been affected much even after the Modi government banned the radical Islamic organization Popular Front of India (PFI) for anti-national activities. Twitter still gives PFI's handles the status of eminent by giving them a blue tick. This handle of PFI belongs to the Karnataka wing. A Twitter account named Popular Front – Karnataka has also demanded the release of PFI leaders on the night of September 27, 2022.

Social media users have criticized Twitter's anti-India stance for not removing the blue tick from the handle of Karnataka PFI even after it was banned by the government. Writer Anand Ranganathan has also targeted Twitter over this. Ranganathan said, "Quite incredible that, despite the ban on PFI for its terror activities and associations, Twitter is still allowing PFIkarnataka to not only maintain its verified status but also disseminate blatant anti-India, Islamist propaganda, clearly violating its own rules."

Let us know that when the Modi government of the Center had talked about determining the accountability of social media, the same Twitter had approached the court. Earlier, despite repeated instructions by the Government of India to remove anti-India content, Twitter was not removing those content during the farmers' movement. In March this year, the Delhi High Court slammed Twitter. The court had said that Twitter does not block handles abusing Hindu gods and goddesses, while if any handle does so towards other religions, it takes immediate action against it.

Let me tell you that this is the same Twitter, which has described Ladakh as part of China. Twitter has banned the Twitter handle showing atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh. Twitter has also banned the handle of the anti-hijab movement in Iran and the journalist who reported the death of Mahsa Amini. In India too, when Aarti Tiku had described her brother has threatened with death by Islamic terrorists on Twitter, Twitter also deleted her tweet. This double attitude of Twitter is both anti-India and anti-Hindu, in clear terms, Twitter is now openly supporting terrorists.
