She complained to the bank manager but there was no hearing. After this, she has given a complaint against the bank and the couple who took out the money.

Pushpa wife Naresh, resident of Wadhwa Ram Colony, said that in the year 2014, she had opened her account in the Punjab National Bank present in Tehsil Camp. In which she gave the number of her sister-in-law Sudesh. Due to the theft of the phone, no messages or messages came to her.

She deposited her money in the bank, but when she needed money in lockdown, she went to withdraw money from the bank and found the account empty. When she checked the account, it was informed that another account has also been opened in the name of Pushpa wife Naresh resident Wadhava Ram Colony, whose account number is also the same. Due to both being the same account number, the second couple withdrew money, after which they complained to the bank's manager Neetu Singh. She gave the assurance of checking the account, but even after five months, the bank did not take any action.
