Ujjain: Turban offered to the world-famous Baba Mahakal can now be brought by devotees to their house. Devotees will be able to take these turban to their home as offerings. For this, a new counter has been started in the temple premises. For the convenience of the devotees, a separate counter has been opened to give the turban to Lord Shiva (Baba). The turbans offered to Rajadhiraj Lord Mahakal which enhance the beauty of the place of worship can be purchased from a separate counter installed in the temple.

The price of the turban kept here is different. Apart from the turban, devotees can also buy other things offered to Baba Mahakal. The temple committee has fixed the prices of the turbans by the committee. Among them, general turban 3100, medium turban 5100, specific turban can be purchased over the counter for Rs 7100. These turbans have been put up for sale by putting a price tag. The staff posted at the counter will issue a receipt for the donation amount according to the turban and will present the turban to the devotees. Three turban have also been sold so far.

Apart from this, if the devotees want to offer a turban (touch and take it back) to Lord Mahakal, then 2500 rupees will have to be given as a donation, and if the turban is to be given for full dedication (donating in the temple or offering it in adornment, etc.) then the donation amount has been fixed at Rs 5000.
