We have some wonderful updates for you if you're looking for a job with the Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC). Vacancies for the various posts have been announced by the UKSSSC, including Driver, Enforcement Driver, and Dispatch Rider. The online application for the same will open tomorrow, August 27, on the UKSSSC's official website, sssc.uk.gov.in, and interested applicants can apply till October 10, 2021 

The recruitment drive by UKSSSC is looking for candidates for 164 posts which include the following - 161 Driver vacancies at various departments, 2 Enforcement Driver openings under the Transport Department, and 1 Dispatch Rider post under the Public Security Department.

What are the eligibility criteria?

Age limit - 21-42 years 

Educational Qualifications required

Interested candidates should have passed standard 8 and have 5 years of driving experience. For the post of dispatch rider, candidates should have passed class 10 and have a driving license. Candidates should also know the Hindi language.

What is the selection process?

Notably, UKSSSC will choose candidates based on a written and driving test that they will conduct. The written test will carry 25 marks while the driving test will carry 75 marks.

What is the application fee?

Interested candidates will have to pay a total of Rs 300 as an exam fee if they belong to the unreserved (General) and OBC category of Uttarakhand. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/EWS category will have to pay Rs 150.
