New Delhi: Since the poor performance of Delhi in the water quality report of the capitals of the states across the country, the war on water has started. Regarding this, the verbal war between the CM and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Arvind Kejriwal and Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan is not taking name. Meanwhile, on Monday, the Kejriwal government had given a challenge saying that his government will take 5-5 random samples from each ward in front of the media and get it examined.

In this, Kejriwal has also called Ram Vilas Paswan. In response to this, Ram Vilas Paswan while writing a letter to Arvind Kejriwal challenged him and tweeted that, today I have sent a letter to the CM of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal and informed that I have given two BIS to double check the water of Delhi. A team of senior officials has been formed and Kejriwal can also nominate competent officers on his behalf so that samples can be tested.

Ram Vilas Paswan has also tweeted a letter that he has written to Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal. He has written in the letter that, I would like to inform you that the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) collected and tested water samples from 21 states as per the prescribed standards for water and on 16 November 2019, the condition of water in these states Ranking is released. According to the ranking released by the BIS, the water quality levels were found to be different in these regions.
