The court has taken this step at the request of Gumnam Singh and Labu Singh, who are residents of Barmer. After which instructions have been directed against all these people in the 824 crore scam of Sanjivani Credit Co-operative Society. Also, according to the complainant, he had deposited lakhs of rupees in the Sanjivani Credit Co-operative Society, and the society had invested all the money in the companies of Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and his associates. In the midst of this, society seems to be shattered in the scam of crores of rupees.

The complainant's lawyer said that our client had invested money in the society after taking information of the posters and records. This society had strong relations with the companies of Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. The Union Minister was also accused of toppling the Gehlot Government in Rajasthan. After that, while clarifying, he said that there is no voice in the audio clip. I am ready for any investigation. According to Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, the audio is false. He told that I speak in the style of Marwar, while audio tape has Jhunjhunu touch. Audio is introduced by manipulation.
