Meerut: In Meerut, the leaders of the Samajwadi Party created a ruckus against the state government on Monday. A meeting was held at the SP office at Jail Road under the leadership of District President Rajpal Singh and Atul Pradhan of Samajwadi Party. After that, hundreds of Samajwadi Party leaders and workers started marching from office to collectorate. As soon as the police administration tried to stop the Samajwadi Party leaders outside the SP office on the jail road, the Samajwadi Party leaders argued with the police shouting slogans.

The CO civil line was pushed by Sanjeev Deshwal and several police stations in charge. The police and PAC forces did not let the Samajwadi Party leaders go further. On this, the Samajwadi Party leaders sat on a dharna on the road and started shouting slogans.

Samajwadi Party leaders lashed out at the state government and said that BJP leaders should be charged for fake books of NCERT. But no arrest has been made yet. They will not allow the government to run on the power of the police. Law and order are deteriorating. Molestation cases are happening every day. Rising inflation is making people homeless. Section 144 is applicable in the city of Meerut, after that the crowd gathered. CO Sanjeev Deshwal says that Samajwadi Party leaders have gone by giving memorandum. The leaders created a lot of uproar.
