Lucknow: PM Narendra Modi will visit Meerut on January 2 and will lay the foundation stone of Major Dhyan Chand Sports University at around 1 pm. This university will be built in the Salwa and Kaili villages of Sardhana city of Meerut at an estimated cost of about Rs 700 crore. Let us tell you that this will be PM Narendra Modi's fourth visit to Meerut. Before becoming the PM, in the 2014 elections, PM Modi did the first election rally of the West in Meerut itself.
