Lucknow: The police has arrested the minor who threatened to kill Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath. On Sunday, a young man sent a threatening message to the WhatsApp number of the UP 112 service. The minor has been detained from Sushant Golf City area. The Lucknow Commissionerate Police has registered a case against minor under relevant sections for his custody.

According to the police, the minor sent threatening messages to CM Yogi on the WhatsApp number of the UP 112 service of the police, which was reported to Sushant Golf City Police Station. A case was registered against him in Sushant Golf City police station under relevant sections and after that Lucknow Police Commissioner DK Thakur formed teams and directed the investigation of the case.

The location of the minor was ascertained with the help of surveillance, cyber and Agra Police and he was taken into custody by the Lucknow Police from Agra on Sunday. According to the police, mobile and SIM have been recovered from Kishore's possession. He had deleted the messages from Moible, for whose recovery the mobile has been sent to the cyber forensics team. After completing legal action, he is being produced in the child court.
