The Uttar Pradesh police recruitment and Promotion Board has emerged as a vaccine for SI/PC and other posts. UPPRPB has already issued a notification for the same. 9,534 recruit down will be taken up in Uttar Pradesh police recruitment 2021. Interested candidates can apply for these posts, which is starting from 1st April and the last date of application is 30th April 2021.

Details of Posts:
Out of a total of 9,534 posts, 3,613 posts are unreserved, 902 posts are reserved for EWS, 2437 posts for OBC, 1895 for SC, 180 for the ST category.
Civil Police - 9027 Posts
Platoon Commander PAC - 484 Posts
There are 23 posts of Fire Officer.

Academic Qualifications:
Candidates are required to graduate in any subject for SI post in civil police and Platoon Commander (PAC). For Fire Officers, candidates should graduate in the science stream.

Age-limit:
The candidates should be between 21 and 28 years of age. The age limit will be relaxed as per rules for SC, ST, OBC candidates.

Physical Test Standard Qualification (Length):
1. The minimum height of candidates belonging to general, OBC, and SC categories should be 168 cm.
2. The height of candidates of the ST category should be 160 cm.

Height for Women:
1. For women candidates belonging to the general, OBC, and SC categories, the minimum height should be 152 cm.
2. Minimum height should be 147 cm for female candidates of the ST category.

Weight:
It is mandatory for all women candidates to have at least 40 kilograms of weight.

Selection process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and Physical Proficiency Test (PET).
