Lucknow: The state government decided to end Sunday lockdown to boost the economic activities by bringing things on track. The government will slack restrictions in September-October but as during the Pitra Paksha people don't shop and buy new things. The activities in the market will slow down. This could be a major setback to economic activities.
The government has given a message to not allow economic activities to slow down in any circumstances. The CM has said that the people should be made aware of the COVID-19 infection as well as to put emphasis on increasing economic activities. Economic activities should be carried out to make individuals particularly aware of keeping distance and wearing masks at public places.
The CM has also ordered the implementation of an action plan to make special efforts to increase the GST collection. He said that more businesses should be registered under GST. All possible help should be provided to investors and entrepreneurs. Their problems should be solved in a time-bound manner. Easy establishment of enterprises will benefit the state, and provide better employment opportunities to the youth. CM himself will meet and interact with the entrepreneurs.
