Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued applications for the posts of Professor, Associate Professor and Tutor in Nursing College. According to the notice, the last date of application for this recruitment is December 16, 2021. While the last date for a printout of the submitted application form is December 17.  According to UPPSC, there are a total of 21 vacancies of professors, associate professors and tutors in nursing colleges. The application for the same is to be made online by visiting the UPSC website www.upsc.gov.in.

When it comes to age limit for this recruitment of UPSC, the maximum age of the candidate for the post of Professor (control system) should be 50 years. While the maximum age limit for the post of Associate Professor (Electronics &Communication Engineering) is 43 years and for the tutor post in the nursing college is 35 years. The age limit for other posts of Associate Professor is 40 years.

Required Educational Qualifications-

Professor (Control System) - Control System Engineering must have a  bachelor's or PG degree together with a PhD degree. 10 years of teaching experience together. Out of which 5 years should be assistant professor or reader level experience.

Associate Professor-The related discipline of engineering should have bachelor or PG degree and PHD together. As well as at least 8 years of teaching experience.

Tutor- PG degree in nursing from a recognized institution. Or 1-year experience in a nursing college with BSc nursing or post BSC nursing. The Central or State Nursing Council must be registered as a nurse or midwife.
